Our journey
The idea
Our founders, running their own trading business in Delhi, spent hours every week reconciling data across spreadsheets, a standalone billing tool, and a separate HR system. There had to be a better way.
First version
CRM Wing v1.0 launched with a basic CRM pipeline and task management. The first 20 customers were businesses the founders knew personally — and their feedback shaped everything that came next.
Going deeper
Payroll, attendance, and support tickets were added. The platform crossed 200 active businesses. We moved into our Dwarka office and grew the team to 12 people.
Full India ERP
The India ERP expansion brought GST invoicing, inventory, GRN, serial numbers, vendors, and delivery challans. CRM Wing became a true end-to-end platform for Indian SMBs.
