Functional Cookies: These cookies remember your preferences such as language settings, sidebar state, selected date ranges, and display preferences. Disabling these may affect your experience but will not prevent you from using the platform.

Analytics Cookies: We use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with CRM Wing — which features are used most, where users encounter difficulties, and how we can improve the platform. This data is aggregated and anonymised.

crmwing_session: Session authentication cookie. Duration: Until browser is closed or session expires (30 days with 'Remember me'). Purpose: Keeps you logged in to your account.

crmwing_csrf: Cross-site request forgery protection token. Duration: Session. Purpose: Protects your account from CSRF attacks.

crmwing_prefs: User preferences cookie. Duration: 1 year. Purpose: Stores your UI preferences such as sidebar state, theme, and table column settings.

crmwing_analytics: Analytics identifier. Duration: 2 years. Purpose: Helps us understand aggregate usage patterns to improve the platform. Contains no personally identifiable information.

CRM Wing does not currently use third-party advertising cookies. If you access CRM Wing through a link from a third-party website, that website may set its own cookies on your device, which are outside our control.

We may use third-party analytics services (such as aggregated, privacy-preserving analytics tools) that set cookies on your device. These services are bound by their own privacy policies and are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing analytics to us.

You can control and manage cookies in several ways. Most browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies through the browser settings. Please note that blocking all cookies may prevent CRM Wing from functioning correctly.
